The owner Mike Burrell ruined my expensive chain saw I purchased at their business. The saw went in to have the bar edges ground. The saw was returned with an old used black bar. The recoil rope was cut so it would not start. Mike was very angry and told me that 80 percent of the people yell at him after he works on their equipment. He sent me a nasty letter. His father who started the business is so disappointed in his son Mike. I would never go back there. Another wood cutter named John bought a brand new saw, had problems and Mike refused to fix it. You will be sorry if you buy or have work done there.
Had them service a saw in past, did a great job & they knew what they were talking about. However will not go back there again, needed a new sprocket for 445 saw they ordered and got us one for a 455 (Actually said for Husqvarna 455 on box...) looked like same part but didn't fit. Had my wife and father take it back the next day while I was at work, apparently argued that it was the same part. Well sure looked like the right part but it didn't fit, I did send list of right part numbers for the saw with them. He got so upset that someone else looked up the part that he gave money back and actually said didn't want to do business with my dad. I ordered the right part from Amazon that night and guess what... it fit. Save yourself time either order online or go Rothbury hardware instead of this clown. They actually know what they are talking about and are nice people to deal with. For record did get money back from wrong part (Reason they at least get two stars.), but it was a cheap part so not like I cared about it.
