I love this place. I ordered 2,000 crickets in December, with temps down in the 20's. Crickets were healthy and lively, very few DOA. Packaged well with heat packs. I will be ordering again soon. A+

Good luck! Had great service at first. Ripped me off last time. Tried to cancel. No answer. Stuck paying for a ton of dead crickets and items I never received. Poor customer service
